The Man With Four Legs, directed by Ed Christmas, follows an exploitative documentary crew investigating the fragile world of an insomniac fantasist, drawing them into a surreal and increasingly threatening search for the truth behind his identity. Starring Richard Southgate, Simon Dobson, and Daniel Ormerod, the film blends psychological tension with striking visual storytelling. As Lead Visual Effects Artist, I oversaw compositing, rotoscoping, and extensive set clean ups, delivering a range of complex VFX shots, including blood effects for a gunshot scene. My work enhanced the film’s unsettling atmosphere while supporting its ambitious narrative style, ensuring that each effect seamlessly integrated with the live-action footage to maintain immersion and impact.
